Alfredo Simón

Alfredo Simón is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law and private equity in Latin America. They served as a Corporate and Securities Associate at Hogan Lovells from 2007 to 2008 and as a Corporate M&A/PE Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from 2003 to 2007. Currently, Alfredo works as the Associate General Counsel for the Americas and Head of LatAm Legal at Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., a position held since 2008.
