Daisuke Ikegami

Daisuke Ikegami is currently serving as the People Analytics Manager at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where responsibilities include leading the Global HR data platform project to drive employee and customer success through data-informed strategies and enhancing the company's Diversity & Inclusion culture. Prior experience includes an MBA from MIT Sloan, a managerial role at Mitsui & Co. from 2006 to 2021, sales and marketing management at Nippon Steel Trading Corporation, and a senior coordinator position at Mitsui and Co India, among other leadership roles within the Mitsui group, including significant involvement with the labor union. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kyushu University.
