So Hagiwara

So Hagiwara is an experienced manager overseeing the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project and other renewable energy developments in the APAC region. They began their career with Mitsui in 2007 and have held various critical roles in infrastructure development, showcasing their expertise in project management and finance. Notably, Hagiwara played a key role in the refinancing of PT Paiton Energy, which received the PFI Asia Pacific Bond of the Year award in 2017. They have successfully led financial management efforts for the Hai Long project, which was awarded the PFI Asia Pacific Offshore Wind Deal of the Year in 2023. Currently based in Tokyo, Hagiwara continues to focus on performance management and new developments across the region.
