Yohei Oyama

Yohei Oyama is currently the Deputy General Manager in the Ship Business Division at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. They previously held various leadership roles within the company, including Deputy General Manager of the Security Management Department and the Global Affairs & Solutions Department. Yohei’s extensive experience also includes positions as General Manager in both the Human Resources & General Affairs Department and the Aviation Business Department within Mitsui's Aerospace Systems Division. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Keio University and a Master’s degree in Marketing & Communications from ESCP Business School, along with completing executive education at London Business School.
