Lance Covan is the Founder of Bon Secour Capital and President and CEO of The New York Foundation for Leadership. He is also the CEO/Owner of MITTERNIGHT, Owner of ALFLA Plastics, and Managing Director of The Crimson Tradition Fund at The University of Alabama. Lance holds a BA in Organizational Communications and an MS in Management from The University of Alabama.
