Ellen Beuting has a diverse work experience with a focus on business strategy, development, and operations. Ellen most recently served as the Head of Commerce at mitú, where they oversaw content and commerce initiatives with a Latino perspective. Prior to that, they co-founded and operated MASScanvas, a company that pioneered custom crowd-sourced design contests. In this role, they led the company in various areas including business and partnership development, audience acquisition, web and product management, logistics, and customer service. Before that, Ellen held the position of VP of Business Strategy & Development at ClosetCouture. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as an IT Project Management Consultant at UBS. Ellen began their career as an Associate Product Manager at Excite@Home.
Ellen Beuting completed their MBA degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2006. Prior to that, they pursued their Masters degree in Economics at Maastricht University from 1995 to 2001.
