Sean Belka

Sean Belka is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at Fidelity Investments, currently serving as Practice Lead for Fidelity Consulting. In this role, Sean leads strategists dedicated to enhancing financial well-being for clients and identifying growth opportunities. Previous positions at Fidelity include Managing Director of Corporate Development, where focus was on strategic investments and partnerships, and Head of Fidelity Labs, a business incubator for new ventures. Additional leadership roles included Senior Vice President for various divisions, driving innovation and digital strategy within Fidelity's Personal Investments business unit. Outside of Fidelity, Sean is actively involved as an Advisory Board member for several organizations, including MassChallenge FinTech, IDEO CoLab, and the FinTech Sandbox. Sean co-founded TEDxBoston and holds board positions with multiple tech and educational institutions. Sean is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and Loyola University Maryland.
