Jen Hardman

Jen has over a decade of diverse human resources experience including talent management, recruitment, benefits, compensation, compliance, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, change management, and policy design. Since joining Miva in 2012, she has played an integral role in developing and executing programs and strategies to support the growth and goals of the organization. Prior to joining Miva, Jen held HR roles in a variety of industries including internet, healthcare, and mass media. Jen has a BA in Human Relations from High Point University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
