Michael Jaindl has over 18 years of work experience in various executive and leadership roles. From 2022 onwards, they worked as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Miva, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the CRO at Strigo from 2020 to 2022. In 2017, they co-founded Howard and held the position of CEO until 2020. From 2012 to 2016, Michael worked at Salesforce as the Vice President, Customers for Life, where they led client-facing teams and played a key role in integrating Radian6, Buddy Media, and ExactTarget to form the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Before joining Salesforce, they worked at Buddy Media as the Chief Client Officer, overseeing Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Training. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at NBC News as the NBC Social Network Implementation Leader and at GE Advanced Materials as an IT Project Leader.
Michael Jaindl attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they studied Management Information Systems and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Boston University. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained various certifications related to business and workplace culture from Salesforce Trailhead, including "Business Value of Equality," "Coaching & Feedback," "Culture of Feedback," "Diversity & Inclusion Strategies," "Impact of Unconscious Bias," "Organizational Alignment (V2MOM)," "Salesforce Ohana Culture," and "Trust & Influence."
