Kate Davison is currently the Head of People Experience at Mivada, where Kate oversees the People & Customer Experience. With a background in human resources and finance, Kate has held various leadership roles in companies such as Sydney Airport, Study Group, and Phocas Software. Kate also has experience in wealth management and trading, having worked at UBS, Bell Potter Securities, and SHAW Stockbroking. Kate holds a Bachelors degree in Business, Economics & Human Resources from Charles Sturt University and has furthered their education with a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from UNSW, a degree in Innovation Leadership from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a course in Contract Law from Harvard Business School Online.
