Robert Nissen

Robert Nissen has extensive experience in network and systems administration, currently serving as the Network Administration Team Lead at MiWay Insurance Limited since August 2016. In this role, responsibilities include managing network and WAN infrastructure, implementing Cisco Meraki solutions, and overseeing third-party vendors. Prior to MiWay, Robert worked at Golder Associates from June 2008 to July 2016 as a Network and Systems Administrator, where tasks involved providing helpdesk support to over 300 users, setting up disaster recovery and backups, and configuring VMware servers. Earlier career experience at T&M Networking involved managing helpdesk operations, providing 1st and 2nd line support, and maintaining hardware and software systems. Robert holds a Matric degree from PW Botha College, completed in 1998.
