Jan Philipps is a global project lead in ALM/PLM at DRÄXLMAIER Group, where they focus on process optimization and structural analysis. They previously held various leadership roles at MAN Truck & Bus SE, Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles, and MIWE Michael Wenz GmbH, where they significantly improved processes, developed standards, and enhanced cost transparency. Jan completed a Diplom-Ingenieur in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Technische Universität Berlin from 1995 to 2001.
