Our mission is to equip elementary educators with the knowledge and confidence to provide math instruction that enhances the lives of all students.

We do this by delivering research-based professional development that increases teachers’ capacity to create learning opportunities for students that lead to long-lasting understanding. We believe educators are the most “powerful in-school factor that drives students learning” and that investing in the development of teachers is investing in the growth of students.
