Fred McIntyre

Fred McIntyre is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in driving innovation and growth across various sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of ProofPerks since July 2022, McIntyre revolutionizes age verification in retail by creating a user-friendly platform that rewards consumers. In their role as Managing Director at Capacitance, McIntyre provides guidance to startups and organizations navigating digital transformation. Additional advisory roles include contributions to MDSV Capital, Bull City Venture Partners, Triangle Tweener Fund, Jobs for the Future, BandLab, SoundHound Inc., and Mixcloud. McIntyre also served as a mentor at Techstars from February 2017 to April 2023. A Duke University alumnus, McIntyre holds a BA in History and focuses on product development, strategic growth, and leadership mentoring.
