Justin Endo began their professional career in 2007 as a Promotional Manager at Underworld Productions. In 2010, they moved to Japan to become an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET). In 2012, they took on the role of Account Executive at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where they managed a cross-functional project team and became the go-to person for the senior sales team. In 2016, they joined Yengage as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they managed marketing, sales, and business development activities from the company's inception. Justin also formulated business strategy and implemented sales, marketing, and business development tactics. In the same year, they also took on an MBA Marketing Intern role at ASM Liquor, where they worked closely with the GM and Marketing Manager to update brand strategy and execute marketing tactics and communications. In 2019, they joined Mixel, Inc. as the Sr. Manager of Marketing & Sales.
Justin Endo has a diverse educational background. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Interdisciplinary French/Francophone Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010. Justin also spent a year studying French Language and Literature at Université de Bordeaux in 2009. In 2015, Endo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Melbourne Business School. Justin also has several certifications, including a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot (2019), a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test, N3 (2012), ICAL TESOL/TEFL (2011), a Japanese Language Proficiency Test, N5 (2011), a Diplôme de Français Professionnel AFFAIRES C1, Bien (2009), and a Google Ads Fundamentals (2019).
