航太長谷部 graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with a bachelor's degree in Law. They began their career as an associate at Deloitte, where they participated in several key projects. Subsequently, they worked at Axis Consulting as a recruiting advisor and progressed to a managerial role, focusing on executive-level recruitment. As of March 2025, they serve in the Human Resources Strategy Department at MIXI, overseeing various aspects of personnel strategy and organizational human resource planning.
