Lana Ma

Lana Ma has extensive work experience in revenue operations and sales, with a focus on sales operations and development. Lana currently holds the position of Head of Revenue Operations at Mixmax, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Lana worked as a Member at RevGenius since July 2022. Lana served as a Revenue Operations Manager at Trulioo from February 2022 until October 2022.

Lana's earlier roles include Sales Operations Manager and Sales Operations Specialist at Beanworks by Quadient from January 2021 to February 2022, and May 2020 to January 2021, respectively. Lana also worked as a Sales Development Representative at Beanworks from January 2019 to May 2020.

Before entering the revenue operations field, Lana gained experience in sales as a Sales Development Representative at EasyMarkit from August 2018 to January 2019. Lana started their career at the Simon Fraser University Bookstore, working as a Senior Customer Service Representative from March 2017 to August 2018, and as a Customer Service Representative from November 2013 to February 2017.

Additionally, Lana has retail experience from their time at Skechers, where they held the roles of Assistant Manager from June 2014 to September 2017, Floor Associate/Manager on Duty from July 2013 to June 2014, and Sales Associate from July 2012 to June 2013.

Lana Ma completed their education starting in 2012 at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where they obtained a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate. Lana then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University from 2013 to 2017. Lana Ma also obtained several certifications in the field of Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in August 2022.
