Lindsay Putzer

Lindsay Putzer currently serves as Vice President of People at Mixpanel and as an advisor at PeopleTech Partners, focusing on HR and People tech solutions. Lindsay is also a member of Chief and previously held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Intellimize until its acquisition by Webflow in April 2024. Lindsay has significant experience leading People & Culture functions at Curology and Healthline Media, the latter during its growth from 150 to 300 employees. Lindsay's career includes leadership roles at Great Place to Work and early experience as a teacher through a Fulbright Fellowship. Lindsay holds an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Comparative Literature from Wellesley College.
