Vice President Operations at Mixt

Jared Doob has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Jared began their career in 1996 as a Chef Tournant at The Carnelian Room. Jared then moved on to become Lead Line Cook at Samos Greek Restaurant in 1997. In 1998, they were promoted to Executive Sous Chef at The Waterfront Cafe. In 2000, they held Executive Chef positions at both The Meridian Restaurant and Restaurant LuLu. From 2006 to 2010, they served as Director of Kitchen Operations at DSE Restaurant Corporation. In 2010, they were promoted to Corporate Executive Chef at Chalet Restaurant Group. From 2011 to 2019, they were Regional Director of Operations at Guckenheimer. Since 2019, they have been Director of Operations at both Good Food Guys and MIXT.

Jared Doob obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Classical Civilizations from the University of California, Davis between 1990 and 1994. Jared then attended the California Culinary Academy between 1995 and 1996.
