Tripp Baird

Tripp Baird is currently the Managing Partner at The Builders Fund and has held this position since 2014. They have extensive experience as a Board Member for several organizations, including Traditional Medicinals, Inc., PosiGen, MIXT, Urban Remedy Inc., and have served on the advisory council for NOLS from 2008 to 2016. Prior to their current role, Tripp worked as a founding principal and partner at Partnership Capital Growth from 2005 to 2012 and as a consultant at Bain & Company from 2002 to 2004. Tripp earned dual AB degrees in Psychology and Visual/Environmental Studies from Harvard University.
