Mixta has built GENESIS, an AI-powered authoring platform for rapidly creating adaptive simulation training grounded in learning science.

GENESIS helps organizations build role-specific and organization-specific learning experiences that develop expertise — not just knowledge recall. The platform supports adaptive practice, feedback, competency measurement, and evidence of demonstrated performance over time.

Our initial focus areas include healthcare and clinical communication, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, workforce readiness, and AI literacy.

GENESIS is designed in the tradition of intelligent tutoring systems and aligned with the ethical use of AI according to the IEEE 2247.4 standard for adaptive instructional systems.

Mixta is NSF-backed, GENESIS is live, and we are building clinical healthcare simulations with Symptom Media for psychology and behavioral health education.
