Doron Bashan

Doron Bashan has extensive work experience in various roles related to people and human resources. Doron currently serves as the VP People at Mixtiles, starting in September 2022. Before that, they worked at Soluto for seven years, where they held the position of Head of People (HR) from September 2015 to September 2022, and an HR Manager from June 2012 to September 2015. Prior to Soluto, Doron worked as a Recruiter at SQLink from January 2011 to June 2012. Their career began at Giza Venture Capital, where they worked in Investor Relations from January 2007 to January 2011.

Doron Bashan holds a Master's degree in Labour Studies, which they obtained from Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology And History of Art.
