Michal Ran has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years in various customer service and success roles. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Customer Service Communications at Mixtiles starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at ototo.tech as a Customer Success representative from October 2022 onwards. From February 2021 to September 2022, Michal worked in customer services at anywell. Michal also served as the VP of Customer Service and Success at TailorMed from November 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were the VP of Customer Services at Zeek from March 2018 to February 2019. Michel held the position of Head of Customer Services at Fundbox from August 2015 to April 2018. Michal also worked at LivePerson as the Director of Consumer Customer Success from December 2013 to August 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success and Delivery Team at Mintigo from January 2012 to December 2013. Michal's early experience includes working as the Head of Operations and Customer Support at Nobex Technologies from December 2008 to September 2012. Michal Ran attended Abington Senior High School from 1986 to 1990. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, graduating in 1994. After a brief professional experience, Michal went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at Kirya Academit between 1998 and 2000.
