Ori Singer

Head Of Operations, Around at Mixtiles

Ori Singer has held various roles throughout their work experience. Ori began their career as an Operations Project Manager at Applied Materials, where they initiated and developed an automated reporting system. Ori was later promoted to an engineer position before graduating. Following this, Ori worked as an Information Systems Project Manager and Business Analyst at Pelephone.

In 2012, they joined LivePerson as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed online marketing initiatives and led the SMB customer success team. Ori later became the Director of Mid-Market Account Management Americas, overseeing a team of 12 and playing a key role in bringing new products to market. Ori also led the planning and restructuring of the team, resulting in their exceeding goals.

From 2015 to 2017, Ori worked at AppCard, Inc. as the Head of Customer Success. Ori built and managed the customer success team and led all customer service operations. At Via, starting in 2017, they served as the Global Head of Customer Service Operations. In this role, they built a global, scalable organization and spearheaded the launch of an offshore multilingual BPO call center.

Most recently, Ori has been working at Mixtiles as the Head of Global Support and Head of Operations for Around. Ori started in 2020 and is currently in this role, responsible for overseeing operations and supporting customers.

Ori Singer attended The Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
