The Miyazaki Bank, Ltd. (the Bank) is a regional bank that operates in two segments. The Banking segment is engaged in the provision of financial services such as deposit business, lending business, domestic exchange business, foreign exchange business and other related services. The Leasing segment is involved in the general leasing business. In addition, the Bank is also engaged in the investment to stocks and corporate bonds, the management consulting business, credit guarantee business such as mortgage, and the credit card business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had six subsidiaries.
