Noa Oz has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Mize since September 2021. Previously, Noa held the position of Customer Success Manager at CommPeak from August 2020 to November 2021 and worked at One Hour Translation from January 2014 to August 2020, where responsibilities included leading a 12-member international team and significantly improving client satisfaction by 30%. Early in the career, Noa worked as a Flight Attendant for EL AL Israel Airlines from January 2007 to January 2010. Noa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2011 and 2015.
