Mizu is a London based independent boutique quantity surveying practice founded in 2024 by Khaleel Katchi and Mo Rfidah, with over 20 years of expertise in the industry. Together, they have provided over £2 billion worth of advice and supported projects spanning more than 3 million ft² in the past 5 years. 

The name “Mizu” means “roots” in Chichewa, reflecting our deep pride in where we come from. Staying true to our values, we are committed to giving back—a promise to dedicate a percentage of our profits to the communities that shaped us.
