Ryan Kent has had varied work experience, beginning with their role as Graduate Assistant at the United States Military Academy in 2004. Ryan then joined the US Army-SOCOM in 2006, serving in various positions such as Fire Direction Officer, Platoon Leader, Battalion Effects Coordinator, and Fire Support Officer till 2009. Ryan then moved on to work as a Project Manager for the Creative Services division of Technicolor in 2009, handling a wide range of projects in a global environment till 2011. Ryan subsequently joined Ernst & Young in 2011 and served as a Manager in the Performance Improvement practice within the Financial Services Office until 2015. Currently, Ryan is associated with Mizzen+Main, where they began as COO in 2015, and assumed the position of President in May 2021.
Ryan Kent earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Ryan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2016.
