Brett Garvar

Brett Garvar began their work experience in 1989 as a Design Engineer at the NYS Department of Transportation. Brett then served as a Bridge Inspection Team Leader from 1995 to 2001 and later became a Construction Inspector from 2001 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Construction Project Engineer and then became a Construction Area Supervisor from 2013 to 2017. Brett then served as the Regional Construction Engineer from 2017 to 2018 and finally as the Director of Construction from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, they joined M&J Engineering, P.C. as a Business Development / Project Manager.

Brett Garvar pursued their education from 1985 to 1989 at the University at Buffalo, where they acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
