Neha A. is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at M&J Engineering and has previously held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at TRC Companies and Executive Vice President at DKI Engineering & Consulting. With extensive experience in engineering and construction management recruiting, Neha has also worked in various operational and product management roles at companies such as Cisco Systems and Pratt & Whitney. Neha earned an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Neha is the founder of Evolve Business Consulting and is set to launch a new venture in 2024.
