Tasnim A has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2022, they worked as a Financial Analyst at The City University of New York and later at the Zicklin School of Business. They also served as a Project Manager at The Petey Greene Program, overseeing projects from October 2022 to May 2023.

In 2023, Tasnim A worked as an Architectural CAD Designer at M&J Engineering, P.C, where they developed accurate 2D and 3D CAD models. They also collaborated with engineers and architects to translate conceptual designs and conducted design reviews to optimize product performance and quality.

Tasnim A also worked as an Accounting and Financial Analyst at M&J Engineering, P.C, where they implemented auditing procedures and internal controls to reduce financial discrepancies. They developed a systematic approach to payroll reconciliation and collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

At Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership, Tasnim A held roles as a Program Associate and a Career Coach. They conducted one-on-one coaching sessions with students, developed customized career development plans, and facilitated career workshops and seminars.

Tasnim A was a Basta Fellow at BASTA, a Futures in Finance Fellow at CUNY Futures in Finance, and a Corporate VC & Data Analyst at HP.

Lastly, Tasnim A worked as a Financial Analyst at Colton Alexander and New York University, where they applied their skills in financial analysis and data analysis to support organizational decision-making.

Tasnim A. started their education in 2016 at The City College of New York, where they studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies for a year. In 2017, they enrolled in the Spitzer School of Architecture and pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree, which they completed in 2022. During their time at the Spitzer School of Architecture, Tasnim obtained The Building Performance Analysis certification from the institution.

In 2020, they briefly engaged in graphic design studies at Asean Online Education AOE. In the same year, Tasnim also acquired the Autodesk AutoCAD User Certification from Autodesk.

Continuing their education, from 2021 to 2023, Tasnim attended The City College of New York again, this time earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance, with a major in Finance, General.

In 2022, they enrolled in Skillful.ly for a short period, focusing on Finance, General. Additionally, Tasnim completed a finance boot camp called CUNY FIF X Basta Bootcamp in the same year.

In terms of certifications, Tasnim obtained the Financial Analysis certification from Skillful.ly in October 2022. Tasnim also acquired the Financial Planning certification from Skillful.ly in December 2022. In January 2023, Tasnim completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification offered by Bloomberg.

Currently, Tasnim is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Pace University - Lubin School of Business, starting in 2023.
