William G. Murphy, P.E., is the Director of Engineering at M&J Engineering, leading a team focused on the design of transportation, roadway improvements, and stormwater projects. Previously, they served as the Regional Office Manager for Environmental Partners Group, Inc., where they facilitated various civil and environmental engineering projects. With a robust background that includes roles such as City Engineer for Boiling Spring Lakes and Vice President at Urban Engineers, William possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. They hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
