From HVAC Experts to BAS innovators. Over 30 Years of Experience, Evolved for the Future.
We started as part of Michael James Industries, a trusted HVAC company with over 30 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems, climate control, and energy efficiency. But as buildings—and the expectations of those who manage them—became smarter, so did we.

Recognizing the growing demand for integrated, intelligent systems, we began a strategic transformation into MJI Energy Services Group, a Building Automation Systems (BAS) company. This wasn’t just a pivot—it was a natural evolution.
