Ayan Paul

Ayan Paul has a strong background in quality assurance and project management. They began their career in 2006 as a Test Analyst at Infosys, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Ayan was a Group Manager Testing at mjunction services ltd, where they led multiple QA initiatives and achieved CMM Level 5 compliance. They then became a Chief Manager at mjunction services ltd from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, Ayan served as a Deputy Head at mjunction services ltd, responsible for QA initiatives, managing testing projects, and implementing best practices in project management and configuration management. Throughout their career, Ayan has gained experience in various testing tools and frameworks, including Jmeter, Quality Center, and Rational JAZZ.

Ayan Paul completed their high school education at Howrah Zilla School from 1990 to 2002, obtaining their 10th and 12th grades. Ayan then enrolled in the National Institute of Technology Durgapur from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Ayan has completed several courses through LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed the Introduction to Scrum Master Training course through Coursera. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Applied Analytics and Data for Decision Making, Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) Specialization, Test Accessibility of your Design with A11ygator through Coursera, and Data Analysis and Visualization.
