Diego Maia

Diego Maia currently serves as CFO at MK Solutions and has been a member and investor with Insper Angels since October 2017, focusing on supporting Brazilian startups. Previously, Diego held the CFO position at Percursa, where responsibilities included financial reporting, FP&A activities, and the restructuring of the finance department. As an M&A Associate at Pactor Finanças Corporativas, Diego was involved in executing end-to-end M&A transactions and guiding junior analysts. Diego's experience includes leadership roles at AlmoçoGrátis and comprehensive contributions to the equity research teams at HSBC and Banco Santander, focusing on various sectors, particularly in the Latin American food and beverage industries. Diego holds two MBAs from UCLA Anderson School of Management and Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Insper.
