Derek Linfield

Derek Linfield is a legal consultant and director with extensive experience in public and private companies. They have served as Chairman of Cornish Lithium Limited and Non-Executive Chairman of Mkango Resources Ltd., while also holding positions as Non-Executive Director for several organizations, including AnyCard.ca and Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas. With a legal background that includes partnership at Fasken Martineau and managing the London office of Stikeman Elliott, Derek specializes in listing natural resource companies on AIM and the Toronto Stock Exchange, cross-border M&A transactions, and has worked extensively in mining, banking, and film production. Derek holds an LLB/MBA from McGill University and a BA(Ed)/BSc from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
