Mark Buckingham

Mark Buckingham is a Senior Project Manager and Principal with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently, they are engaged in the development of terminal facilities and infrastructure for midstream and downstream oil and gas projects, with a strong focus on stormwater issues and permitting. Having served as project manager for multiple crude-to-rail terminal facilities, Mark collaborates closely with project owners and contractors. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas and have previously worked as a Design Engineer at Dewberry Design Group before joining MKEC Engineering, Inc. in 1999.
