Gerardo Hernandez Eit

Gerardo Hernandez, EIT, currently serves as an Assistant Engineer at MKN, where responsibilities include modeling water and wastewater systems, assisting in the design of infrastructure, preparing proposals and reports, conducting research, and coordinating with clients and sub-consultants. Previously, Gerardo completed internships with the County of Santa Barbara, first as a Civil Engineering Intern, ensuring compliance on public works projects and analyzing construction materials, and then as a Surveying Intern, performing boundary analyses and researching parcel maps. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at Allan Hancock College. Gerardo holds a Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Allan Hancock College.
