As a part of the McKinley Studios group, we oversee the entire furniture procurement lifecycle from initial design, to curation and purchasing, to finally logistics and installation. Prioritizing design intent, our experienced team ensures clients seamlessly experience the FF&E journey from concept to realization.

Since 2010, our project reach has extended globally, in workplace, luxury residential, hospitality, restaurants, bars, maritime, and more. Included in our clientele are renowned names such as Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Hudson Pacific, Mark Anthony Group as well as luxury personal residences.  Notably, our work for Checkmate Winery was recently honored with the 2023 International Architecture and Design Award by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design, where we handled all the FF&E aspects alongside architecture by Olson Kundig.
