Ben Maxwell has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and management, currently serving as Manager of ISB TechOps Mech. Eng. at MKS Instruments since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading the development of advanced optical systems and directing engineering teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Contractor Mechanical Design Engineer at Pak West, Senior Mechanical Engineer at Digibeam Corporation, and various engineering positions at Domino Printing Sciences. Notably, Ben has a strong background in designing complex systems for semiconductor manufacturing and industrial lasers. Ben holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine.
