Michael Sciarabba

Michael Sciarabba is an experienced audit executive currently serving as VP, Audit (CAE) at MKS Instruments since June 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit (CAE) at Teladoc Health from December 2017 to June 2023, where an internal audit department was established to support significant revenue growth from $170 million to $2.5 billion. Prior to that role, Michael served as Director of Internal Audit (CAE) at Balchem Corporation and ATMI, Inc., where responsibilities included building and leading global internal audit departments and implementing enterprise risk management programs. Michael began a career in audit at KPMG LLP, providing advisory services to enhance the effectiveness of internal audit functions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Pace University.
