Parul Tyagi is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in semiconductor technology and nanoscience, currently serving as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at MKS Instruments since March 2021. Prior roles include Principal/Senior Scientist at Entegris and Senior Integration Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, demonstrating expertise in leading the integration of advanced technology development for 14nm semiconductor nodes.
