Patrick Riechel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick began their career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow. Patrick then worked as an intern at Draper before joining Siemens Industrial Automation as a Marketing Analyst. At Motorola Solutions, Patrick served as a Sr. Electrical Engineer and later as a Product Manager, where they developed innovative products and prototypes. Patrick also worked as an Operations Strategy Consultant at Amgen and as a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management. Patrick joined Electro Scientific Industries (ESI) as a Product Manager and later became the Director of Product Management, responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the company's Flex product line. Currently, they are the Director of Global Product Support and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at MKS Instruments, leading a team of engineers supporting global customers. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in product development, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Patrick Riechel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Patrick has also obtained certifications in Inbound and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in October 2021.
