Robert Goodwin

Robert Goodwin is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in unified communications and voice systems. Currently serving as a Senior Unified Communications Engineer at MKS Instruments since April 2022, Robert previously held the position of Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Fiserv from July 2013 to April 2022. Robert's expertise includes Microsoft Teams Calling Plans, direct routing, voice migrations, contact center management, and incident/change management. Prior to Fiserv, Robert was the Manager of Voice Communications at ESPN, overseeing a team responsible for multiple voice systems across nine locations and managing vendor relationships with major telecom carriers. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance from the University of Hartford, obtained in 1986.
