Seawon Eum

Seawon Eum has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Atotech Group, where they were involved in supporting the creation, implementation, and operation of company policies and guidelines for the Korea and Japan region. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2023, they held various roles at Atotech Group, including Regional Human Resources Manager for Korea and Japan, as well as a Regional HR Manager specifically for Japan and Korea. In these positions, Seawon Eum handled a wide range of HR responsibilities and contributed to the success of the company's HR strategies. Most recently, they joined MKS Instruments in 2023 as the Head of HR for Korea, assuming the role of Senior HR Manager and Country HRBP.

Seawon Eum attended Sookmyung Women's University and obtained a degree in Education, specializing in Linguistics.
