Simone Esposito

Simone Esposito has extensive experience in the field of Environment Health & Safety (EHS) management. Simone is currently serving as the Global Director - Corporate Environment Health & Safety at MKS Instruments, where they are responsible for managing and developing global EHS compliance programs and audits, as well as EHS training, safety, and ergonomic programs. Previously, they worked as the EHS Executive Director at ITT Motion Technologies from 2019 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Simone Esposito served as the EHS Corporate Senior Manager at Embraco, where they developed an EHS strategy and coordinated regional and global EHS initiatives. Simone played a key role in achieving the WCM Bronze recognition and implementing an ISO 14001, 45001-50001 EHS Corporate Management System.

Prior to that, Simone Esposito worked as the Head of Group EHS at Autoneum Management AG from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for globally overseeing EHS management in 45 manufacturing locations and implementing various programs, including a Business Continuity Plan and a Global Safety Leadership Program.

Simone Esposito also gained experience at PETRONAS as an HSE Management | RSPP from 2010 to 2012 and at Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc. as a Facility - Environmental Health & Safety Manager | RSPP from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at GRUPPO 2G S.p.A. from 2002 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Simone Esposito has demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability while achieving significant results in accident reduction, certifications, and program implementation.

Simone Esposito has a Master's degree in Industrial Safety & Risk Analysis from Politecnico di Torino, which was obtained in 2002. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the same institution, which was completed from 1994 to 2001. In 2019 to 2020, Simone obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Università degli Studi di Novedrate (CO). Simone also has certifications in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), obtained in 2022, and a Mater Degree in Industrial Safety and Risk Analysis from Politecnico di Torino, obtained in 2002.
