Todd Kaylor

Todd Kaylor serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at MKS Instruments, leading global teams and executing strategic hiring plans since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kaylor was the Sr. Director of Talent Attraction and Global Executive Recruiting at Guidewire Software, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition teams across North America and APAC and creating a global executive interview sourcing program. Additional experience includes a tenure at LogMeIn as Director of Talent Acquisition, where Kaylor refined leadership talent recruitment, and roles focused on technical recruiting at both athenahealth and CDM Smith. Kaylor holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Fairfield University.
