Here at ML Deer Construction we are staffed to handle both “design-Build” and “design-bid-build” (aka “conventional” or “traditional”) project delivery systems.  One of the most important phases of any project is the “pre-construction” or “design” phase.  This is where both a project and a good customer relationship are rooted.  Our devoted and experienced design team works diligently to ensure that we are giving our client the best balance possible of what they want and what they need.  We make sure that every dollar spent is placed where it will best suit the customer’s needs.
