ML Fashion LLC is a leading Armenian fashion company specializing in the importation and retail of international clothing and accessories brands. Since launching our operations in 2017, we have been committed to enriching the Armenian and wider South Caucasus fashion markets with recognized global brands and a modern, high-quality, customer-focused retail experience.

Our strong corporate governance structure, experienced executive leadership, and strategic Board-level oversight have enabled us to build a proven track record in launching and scaling international brands locally. We introduced Zarina to Armenia in 2018 and have expanded the brand into a 12-store national network across Yerevan and key regional cities. In 2025, we successfully launched Punt Roma in Armenia, which already operates two stores in Yerevan.

In May 2026, we further strengthened our portfolio with the successful launch of a dedicated Zarina Man collection store.

As of 2026, we manage a 15-store retail base across Armenia, with a brand portfolio that includes Zarina Woman, Punt Roma, and Zarina Man.
