Ibrahim Abdelghany

Ibrahim Abdelghany is a Computer Engineer from Beirut, Lebanon, currently working as a Senior AI Engineer at MLabs, specializing in Deep Learning with PyTorch. Ibrahim previously held positions as an AI Scientist at the American University of Beirut, a Senior Software Developer at Murex, and a Lead Engineer at Saugo 360, where they focused on networking and security applications. Ibrahim earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut and has contributed to various research projects, including designing a suspicion detection system and developing algorithms for cardiac MRI segmentation. They have a strong passion for developing algorithms that solve real-world problems and have shared their work, including an AI algorithm for the Lebanese card game Likha, on GitHub.
